Byte to Eat - Kafka Order Consumer

A Java-based Kafka consumer for the Byte to Eat streaming kitchen demo. This service consumes rich order events—including customer name, order status, and payment information—to a Kafka topic, using Avro schemas and Confluent Schema Registry for data contracts.
