Motif-Informed Network Inference based on single-cell EXpression data

The pipeline is built using Nextflow DSL2 and has the purpose of infer cell-type specific gene regulatory network using scRNA-Seq data in plants.

This image contains all the dependencies that are needed to run the pipeline using Nexflow. The repository for this project can be found on GitHub⁠. If you have any questions regarding this image, please open an issue⁠.

⁠Usage

Executing a MINI-EX command using the Docker container the syntax is:

docker run --rm -v $PWD:/temp -w /temp vibpsb/mini-ex COMMAND [ARGS]...
