spikeinterface/hdsort-compiled-base repository overview

Docker image with a MATLAB-compiled version of the HDSort spike sorter (https://git.bsse.ethz.ch/hima_public/HDsort⁠).

The image does not require a MATLAB licence.

To run the image within SpikeInterface you can do:

import spikeinterface.sorters as ss

sorting_HDS = ss.run_hdsort(recording, docker_image="spikeinterface/hdsort-compiled-base:latest")
