⁠Unofficial Rancher ingress-nginx rebuild

This image is an unofficial local rebuild of the NGINX Ingress Controller from the public Rancher ingress-nginx source tag:

It was built using a local adaptation of the upstream GitHub Actions build process. The purpose of this image is reproducibility and transparency for users who want to inspect or test a rebuild of the publicly available Rancher ingress-nginx v1.14.5-prime6 source.
