⁠Fluentd container for prod daemonset

⁠Environment variables

LOG_LEVEL: Defines the log level for fluentd.

CLUSTER_ENV: Colored cluster identifier, used to enrich log entries and prom label.

AGG_FLUSH_INTERVAL: Sets flush interval for output plugin that pushes to aggregator nodes.

FLUENTD_AGGREGATOR_EP: DNS name for fluentd aggregator fleet.

AGG_INCLUDE_NS_REGEX: Regex that whitelists k8s logs, only matching namespaces are forwarded to aggregator.
