⁠Prosys OPC UA Forge plugin for Grafana

Official datasource plugin for Prosys OPC UA Forge. This plugin allows you to visualize OPC UA node data obtained from Forge in Grafana.

⁠Getting started

Follow Grafana instructions to run the image https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/setup-grafana/installation/docker/⁠.

First you will need to configure the plugin to connect to your Prosys OPC UA Forge instance (full tutorial, https://prosysopc.com/blog/how-to-connect-grafana-to-forge/⁠):

1. Enter the URL of your Forge instance (eg. http://<forge-ip>:8080). If you are using an HTTPS url, please ensure that your certificate is not self-signed, as self-signed certificates may cause issues.
2. Enter your API key. You can create an API key in Forge.
3. (Optional) Choose whether to use source, server or source and server timestamps for data.

Once you have configured the plugin, you can start querying data and creating visualizations. You can query the data of a specific OPC UA node by copying the id of the node in Forge and pasting it into the query.
