⁠Tag descriptions

1. cloudsim_sim_latest: This docker image runs Ignition Gazebo. Cloudsim uses this image to run simulation. Source Dockerfile⁠.
2. cloudsim_bridge_latest: This docker image runs the ROS/Ign bridge and a ROS master. Cloudsim uses this image for each robot. Source Dockerfile⁠.
3. latest: This docker image can be used for local development and testing. It is not used by Cloudsim. Source Dockerfile⁠.
