⁠OntoPortal Solr

image contains pre-configured Solr that is used in OntoPortal, an ontology repository designed facilitate the access, management, and sharing of ontologies. it is indented to be used in the unit testing of varios OntoPortal components such as ontologies_api⁠, ncbo_cron⁠ etc.

⁠Usage

image is typically included in the docker-compose of the OntoPortal components that require solr and automatically pulled when unit tests are run.
