Safeguard PowerShell Management Shell is a scripting shell that provides a command-line management interface for administering Safeguard appliances. Safeguard PowerShell Management Shell is built on Microsoft Windows PowerShell technology.

⁠Requirements

All images that are not tagged with nanoserver are compatible with Linux OS hosts.

The nanoserver image is compatible with Windows Server 2016 (Core, with Desktop) and Windows 10 (Professional, Enterprise - Anniversary Edition) OS Hosts. Visit this⁠ link for the full list of Windows container requirements.

NOTE: The nanoserver image now requires the 1709 Fall Creators update installed to run properly. 1709 Announcement⁠

If the update is not installed docker will return the following error when pulling the new images: "failed to register layer: re-ecec error: exit status 1: output: ProcessUtilityVMImage ... The system cannot find the path specified."
