This repository holds a secured OpenJDK Java 21 (JRE) runtime environment built on a secure container base image. Building on the Chainguard Wolfi (Alpine) distribution, this container is published nightly to ensure the security and integrity of the distribution.

Use the latest tag to get the most recent build of this container, making sure all possible vulnerabilities are patched and otherwise minimized.

This container has signing and integrated SBOM artifacts for added integrity.

Both amd64 (x86) and arm64 containers are provided.
