kunde21/gitea-arm repository overview

Gitea

Multi-architecture build of gitea (github.com/go-gitea/gitea) for the ARM, ARM64, and amd64 (x86_64) architectures.

All builds include SQLite database support, so you can run the container without needing a database. Not recommended for heavy or production uses, but works well as a home server. Recommend using a named volume for persisting data.

Version tags are cross-platform manifests, including latest.

Resources

Many popular ARM boards do not have hardware AES instructions available, including the very popular raspberry pi 3 and 4 models. This means that all SSH encrypt/decrypt operations will be performed in software.

In order to avoid degraded ssh clone/push performance, ensure the container has resource limits set at least: 600 mCPU and 300 MiB
Lower limits could cause ssh to freeze.

Tag Notes

Note: tag v1.10.5 was removed. It was an incorrectly tagged release, so the docker tag was removed to avoid accidental use.
