estaudte/patched-registry repository overview

This image is intended to replace the official registry container image for those who want / need to stay on top of current CVEs. The image builds the latest stable release version of the registry software (currently 3.1.1 at time of writing), and is always built on Alpine. There are certain vulnerabilities that cannot be patched yet, so there will inevitably always be something caught, but I would like to try and keep out any that are patchable. I will be doing my best to stay ahead of the latest reports and keep it up to date with the registry software, just not the very cutting edge of the repo for stability.

For bind mount purposes, container runs under UID and GID 18579
