⁠This image has only one difference: it uses postgresql-client-17. Otherwise, it is completely identical to the original.

⁠Main advantage:

postgresql-client-17 (instead of 15) will allow you to seamlessly use Neon and Supabase as databases. Database backups from these services will work without issue.
