Provides docker deployment for nginx as a proxy for the Ed-Fi ODS/API.

The only supported image at this time is an Alpine-based implementation using nginx⁠.

ODS_VIRTUAL_NAME=<virtual name for the ods endpoint>
ADMINAPP_VIRTUAL_NAME=<virtual name for the admin app>

As with all Docker images, these likely also contain other software which may be under other licenses (such as Bash, etc. from the base distribution, along with any direct or indirect dependencies of the primary software being contained).
