Things worthy of note:

• Makes an image out of Asterisk 20.5 available in apk from Alpine 3.19
• Expects a volume at /etc/asterisk. It will seed this directory with some default configuration to get you started, if there are no files ending in ".conf" in this directory

Example invocation: docker run -it --name=asterisk --volume=/srv/asterisk/config:/etc/asterisk dstensnes/asterisk:latest
