Before, the container would delete the DNS record no matter what, even if the IP hadn't changed. This could cause pointless outages if there was an issue recreating the record.

Now, the current DNS value is checked, and the task does not run if there is no change. Other than that, this is the exact same as https://github.com/porkbundomains/porkbun-dynamic-dns-python⁠ and https://github.com/Pavlinchen/Porkbun-DDNS-Docker⁠ as of fork.
