AP-Nimbus : Web UI to ApPredict simulations.

This is work-in-progress (note the major version number!) and everything is running in debug mode.
This is the code for running the AP-Nimbus client-direct web interface, i.e. the part that deals with browser presentation.
In the table below the recommended cardiacmodelling/ap-nimbus-app-manager:<ver> to use with the cardiacmodelling/ap-nimbus-client-direct:<ver> is highlighted. Other combinations may work together successfully, but it is not recommended.
